The process of drafting a new strategic document covering the period 2018-2022 has begun in the latter part of 2017, and is scheduled to be completed during the first part of 2018. The Working Group has been set up and held several meetings in October-December 2017. KCSF and a number of civil society representatives are involved in the first stages, and besides the substantial contribution, these representatives have demanded greater distribution and involvement of the civil society and other actors during the drafting phase. Also, important part of the discussions that should take place parallel to the development of the content of the strategy are the implementation mechanisms in order to avoid the challenges and problems encountered during the implementation of the previous strategy 2013-2017.
