The implementation of the SAA is an all-encompassing reform process that Kosovo institutions and society must undertake. The EU reform process would benefit from a targeted civil society involvement, be it through increased demand for good governance, research and analysis, capacity building or better communication.

In this regard, Kosovar Civil Society Foundation invites civil society organizations, to apply with project proposals that are designed to contribute to addressing these challenges.

Grants under this call aim to support the engagement andcontribution of civil society organizations in implementing the short term priorities of the Stabilizationand Association Agreement (SAA) and measures listed in Kosovo’s European Reform Agenda (ERA).
