SIDA
SIDA Core Grant is a multi-year grant to the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF), funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), aiming to support KCSF in achieving its mission and strategy. A quarter of the core grant, is planned to be implemented through partners, be it via grants, individual support or service contracts.
While a significant portion of the Sida Core Grant serves to support activities undertaken directly by its programs, KCSF aims to extend the number of actors involved and support specific projects of other CSOs in achieving its programmatic strategy.
These are then utilized in three main forms: Individual grants for networking and international representation, a partners grant as contribution on the Implementation of Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and Kosovo’s European Reform Agenda (ERA) and Service contracts with NGOs on monitoring the application of regulation 05/2016 on minimal standards of public consultation.
